There’s a pretty fabulous and impression stall that i go to in Taipei that is not too far from the apartment. There’s usually a line, which is good, because it’s piping fresh when you get it.

I used to get these from the HK Market in Koreatown. >.< I always hated them though. XD I only liked the outside and not the inside red bean filling. =_____= Apparently they’re called Taiyaki and can also be filled with vanilla custard paste as well as red beans. Never knew that. I guess you really do learn new things everday. ;]
